I am including this article by Jon Rappoport even though it is geared toward human vaccination.  Realistically, we are all mammals, and the same big pharmaceutical companies are making lots and lots of money not only from the vaccines themselves, but also the endless sea of drugs used to treat the long-term problems that vaccines cause.  As usual, I am not telling you what to do.  I am simply encouraging you to learn more about the topic of vaccination.

Now, for the first time, a former insider from within the vaccine industry has agreed to talk about the dangers of vaccines.   "Dr Mark Randall" is the pseudonym of a former vaccine researcher who worked for many years in the laboratories of major pharmaceutical houses and the US government's National Institutes of Health. He is now retired and has reluctantly agreed to speak out. This interview that follows is important not only because of Dr Randall's intimate knowledge of vaccine dangers but for his testimony about the inside workings and cover-ups between government and the vaccine industry—the two sources that keep trying to assure Americans that they can be trusted. This major excerpt is perhaps the best single written summary of the back-up evidence for the case against immunisations.  (Following are sections from the interview.  The link to it is below.)

Q (Jon Rappoport): You were once certain that vaccines were the hallmark of good medicine.
A (Dr Mark Randall): Yes, I was. I helped develop a few vaccines.

Q: There are medical historians who state that the overall decline of illnesses was not due to vaccines.
A: I know. For a long time I ignored their work.
Q: Why?
A: Because I was afraid of what I would find out. I was in the business of developing vaccines. My livelihood depended on continuing that work.
Q: And then?
A: I did my own investigation.
Q: What conclusions did you come to?
A: The decline of disease is due to improved living conditions.
Q: What conditions?
A: Cleaner water. Advanced sewage systems. Nutrition. Fresher food. A decrease in poverty. Germs may be everywhere, but when you are healthy you don't contract the diseases as easily.
Q: What did you feel when you completed your own investigation?
A: Despair. I realised I was working in a sector based on a collection of lies.

Q: Are some vaccines more dangerous than others?
A: Yes. The DPT shot, for example. The MMR. But some lots of a vaccine are more dangerous than other lots of the same vaccine. As far as I'm concerned, all vaccines are dangerous.
Q: Why?
A: Several reasons. They involve the human immune system in a process that tends to compromise immunity. They can actually cause the disease they are supposed to prevent.
Q: Why are we quoted statistics which seem to prove that vaccines have been tremendously successful at wiping out diseases?
A: Why? To give the illusion that these vaccines are useful.

Q: And beyond the purity issue?
A: You are dealing with the basic faulty premise about vaccines: that they intricately stimulate the immune system to create the conditions for immunity from disease. That is the bad premise. It doesn't work that way. A vaccine is supposed to "create" antibodies which, indirectly, offer protection against disease. However, the immune system is much larger and more involved than antibodies and their related "killer" cells.
Q: What was the turning point for you?
A: I had a friend whose child died after a DPT shot.
Q: Did you investigate?
A: Yes, informally. I found that this child was completely healthy before the vaccination. There was no reason for his death, except the vaccine.

Q: If vaccines actually do harm, why are they given?
A: First of all, there is no "if". They do harm.

Q: What about the combined destructive power of a number of vaccines given to babies these days?
A: It is a travesty and a crime. There are no real studies of any depth which have been done on that. Again, the assumption is made that vaccines are safe, and therefore any number of vaccines given together is safe as well. But the truth is, vaccines are not safe. Therefore the potential damage increases when you give many of them in a short time period.

Q: Looking back now, can you recall any good reason to say that vaccines are successful?
A: No, I can't. If I had a child now, the last thing I would allow is vaccination. I would move out of the state if I had to. I would change the family name. I would disappear. With my family. I'm not saying it would come to that. There are ways to sidestep the system with grace, if you know how to act. There are exemptions you can declare, in every State, based on religious and/or philosophic views. But if push came to shove, I would go on the move.
Q: Medical PR people, in concert with the press, scare the hell out of parents with dire scenarios about what will happen if their kids don't get shots.
A: They make it seem a crime to refuse the vaccine. They equate it with bad parenting. You fight that with better information. It is always a challenge to buck the authorities. And only you can decide whether to do it. It is every person's responsibility to make up his[/her] mind. The medical cartel likes that bet. It is betting that the fear will win.

What about Rabies?

A lady who got a very tiny Pom from me inquired about the status of the pup's rabies vaccine.  I actually cringed at the thought of this less-than-2 lb bundle of cute being subjected to any vaccination!  The reason for the inquiry was due to the rabies shot requirement for the purchase of a dog license in her county.  Being curious as I am, I decided to do some research into the matter.  I really wondered if rabies is a serious, legitimate threat.  After more than 20 years owning Poms, I have never heard of a Pom (or first-hand cases of any other animal) having rabies.  Also, during my studies of vaccinations in general, I have learned that the rabies vaccine is one of the most harmful of all the dreadful chemical cocktails humans can inject into their beloved pets.   "Researchers believe this vaccine causes the most and worst adverse reactions in animals."

The tiny Pom in question lives in California, so I decided to start there.  I found a newsletter, dated April 2006, published by the County of Los Angeles Department of Health Services.  It states: "During 2004, there were 6,844 cases of animal rabies in the U.S.  California had 184 rabid animals that year with bats accounting for over 80% of the rabies."  In other words there were less than 36 cases of rabies in animals that were not bats in the entire state of California.  Could these have been squirrels, possums, cats, racoons?

Ok, 6,844 cases of rabies in the US for the year 2004.  Was there some way to find out how many total companion animals there were in the US so this number could have some meaning?  The most current data I could find is from the 2002 U.S. Pet Ownership and Demographic Sourcebook. I was then able to find rabies data for the corresponding year.  Are you ready for this?

During 2001, 49 states and Puerto Rico reported 7,437 cases of rabies in nonhuman animals and 1 case in a human being to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.  The relative contributions of the major groups of animals were as follows: 2,767 raccoons (37.2%), 2,282 skunks (30.7%), 1,281 bats (17.2%), 437 foxes (5.9%), 270 cats (3.6%), 89dogs (1.2%), and 82 cattle (1.1%).

89 cases of rabies reported in 2001.   But just how many dogs were there in 2001 in the US?

Back to the Sourcebook.  Total number of dogs in United States in 2001: 61,572,000

Since I am not good with math, I asked a friend to crunch the numbers for me: 

1 dog in every 692,000 got rabies, or 0.00014%

Yes, 89 out of 61.5 MILLION?!?!?   Now do you think rabies is a big threat??

(And for you cat owners: 1 in 262,000 or 0.00038% with a total of 70,796,000 cats)

Although a French medical study completed in 1992 showed that rabies vaccine is protective for at least five years, Federal and state legislatures have not accepted this finding. Thus, the health and well-being of millions of dogs in the United States remain threatened by the potential for adverse vaccinal events."

Dangers of canine and feline diseases are greatly exaggerated in order to scare pet owners into compliance with a questionable but profitable procedure.

Because the topic of vaccinations is important to me, I have devoted a separate page for those who care to learn more. Like many dog or cat owners & breeders, I used to think that people who did not have their animals vaccinated were irresponsible. After much research, I now believe that people who continue to blindly have their animals vaccinated, especially repeatedly, without an understanding of WHY, or what havoc vaccinations are wreaking on the immune systems of their animals, are incredibly irresponsible and likely doing their beloved pets a great disservice. I am not telling you what to do, other than highly encouraging you to research this information yourself and come to your own conclusion.

Nutrition is key in any immune enhancing program.  Unfortunately too many doctors (for both humans & pets) ignore proper nutrition (a balanced, species-appropriate diet/herbs/vitamins) in favour of profitable injections, and overprescribed antibiotics and steroids.

There is plenty of information available on this subject if you will just take the time to learn. Pet owners have been brainwashed for decades, led to believe that without that yearly vaccine/toxic chemical cocktail, surely their beloved pet would simply drop dead.  Instead of contracting dreaded diseases, our overvaccinated pets are often suffering a lifetime of allergies, cancers, digestive problems, seizures, and other serious chronic health problems. Behavioural changes and problems may also be associated with vaccination.

Try asking unbiased employees at your local veterinary clinics how many cases they have seen of any of the diseases you "should" vaccinate against. I was recently told that in her 13 years working in a clinic, a local vet tech had NEVER seen one case of distemper or rabies. (Those were the only two I asked her about.)  As studies have shown, within 3 months a majority of dogs became sick or actually contracted the diseases for which they had been vaccinated. Many dogs (or humans) who suffer from a disease had actually been vaccinated against it.  Vaccines do not guarantee immunity.  By the way, I have personally never heard of a Pom with rabies in my entire life and refuse to give a rabies shot unless it's absolutely necessary for shipping.

Regarding vaccines for humans: Are you aware that death rates from numerous infectious diseases declined greatly well BEFORE the advent of vaccines for these diseases?  Diphtheria, tuberculosis, and pertussis were virtually extinct before vaccines were introduced.  Further, the only recent cases of polio were caused by the vaccine itself!

By the way, while you're doing your investigative work, you may want to check into the validity of various animal welfare groups.  Obviously organisations that house & find homes for unwanted or misplaced animals are important.  But some of these groups are nothing but domestic terrorists funding outrageous acts with your donations instead of helping animals!   Before you dismiss this possibility, see for yourself.
